We are currently working on building up a network of service centers and are employing service representatives outside the Czech Republic in order to improve our availability to our customers.

We provide service repairs, software upgrades or mechanical modifications.
We enable training up to the certified specialist level, so the customers can manage all repairs themselves.
We provide regular annual inspections where the state of the sorting machine is checked both electronically and mechanically and at the same time the replacement of the worn parts of the machine is performed to guarantee trouble-free operation until the next inspection.
KROB SCANNERS has its own development department and is therefore specialized in the developing and customizing of machines according to customer requirements.
