Alongside the sale of Ball Scanners throughout the world we strive, too, to provide high quality service. Our personel has many years of experience in the development and production of machines and subsequent service.

We are currently working on building up a network of service centers and are employing service representatives outside the Czech Republic in order to improve our availability to our customers.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

KROB SCANNERS has its own development department and is therefore specialized in the developing and customizing of machines according to customer requirements.

YEARLY INSPECTIONS

We provide regular annual inspections where the state of the sorting machine is checked both electronically and mechanically and at the same time the replacement of the worn parts of the machine is performed to guarantee trouble-free operation until the next inspection. Yearly inspections can be tailor made to our customers in the form, for example, of simply a yearly calibration with a check of electronic parts only.

SERVICE TRIPS

Based on customer need. We provide service repairs, software upgrades or mechanical modifications. We will also be happy to visit you to discuss the design and improvement of our machines.

TRAINING

We provide customer training divided into three levels of advancement. We enable training up to the „Expert“ level, so the customers can manage all repairs themselves.
