KROB SCANNERS – about us

The beginnings of the company dates back to 1991, when Ing. František Krob founded a small family business called KROB. Thanks to constant product development and innovations the business grew to such an extent that in 2006 it was transformed into the limited company KROB SCANNERS s.r.o., which continues to serve the market with the same approach to development and innovation. Since 2018, the company headquarters has been located in a brand-new facility which can employ up to 100 staff, dedicated to the production and development of Ball Scanners, Cylinder and Roller Scanners. Just as at the beginning the company strives to meet the special requirements of its customers and to find technical solutions directly for their needs.

KROB SCANNERS s.r.o. ensures completely independent production of all of its products in their own premises. All components required for production are provided only by renowned suppliers.

Thanks to KROB SCANNERS’ attitude towards the continuous improvement of quality, the development of new machines and to great customer relationships, world class manufacturers of bearing-balls continue to have long term trust in our sorting machines.

KROB SCANNERS – quality standards

At all levels of the production process, 100% checking of all parts and subgroups is applied before the final assembly of the machines. All electronic parts are long-term tested. The machines undergo another thorough inspection after final assembly. Finally, each new machine is long-term tested before delivery to the customer.

Since 2005 we have held the following certification ČSN EN ISO 9001:2001 and ČSN EN ISO 14001:2005

A wide variety of spare parts is always in stock for our customers. We also offer an express service, and can despatch the ordered goods within 24 hours.
